What should I bring to class?

Frequently Asked Questions

Bring water to stay hydrated and a yoga mat if you have one. We have mats available to use or purchase if you do not have one.

Are there descriptions of your classes?

Sure thing. You can find them here or by clicking on our schedule.

Do you have towels?

We do! All towels are complimentary.

Is there parking?

Yes! You can park directly in front of the studio or around back in the parking lot designated for the Zen Den.

What should I wear to class?

Clothes that are comfortable and do not restrict your movement.

What if I have pain or a previous injury?

It's always appropriate to talk to the instructor about any existing conditions and concerns. Yoga benefits many people with chronic pain by helping them regain balance between strength and flexibility, movement, and awareness. If you’re under a doctor’s care for an acute condition, please be sure to discuss taking yoga classes with them.

Is every class Heated?

No, only the classes that specify “heated” in the description. Heated classes are 85-90 degrees, nonheated 75 degrees.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to sign in, use the restroom, meet the instructor, relax on your mat, and be present before class. Students will not be able to enter class after the class start time. We set this rule for respect and safety of the teacher and students. Signing up online ahead of time will save you time when you arrive.

How do I sign up for a class or workshop?

Signing up is easy with MINDBODY online. Or you can download the MINDBODY app. You can sign up and buy passes all in the same place

“Sam is the greatest! The flows are always good; challenging but followable. Her cues are effective but not chatty. Her voice encourages you through the sweat and soothes you into shavasana. The atmosphere is welcoming and chill.”
