Yoga benefits many people with chronic pain by helping them regain balance between strength and flexibility, movement, and awareness. If you’re under a doctor’s care for an acute condition, please be sure to discuss taking yoga classes with them.
No, only the classes that specify “heated” in the description. Heated classes are 85-90 degrees, nonheated 75 degrees.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to sign in, use the restroom, meet the instructor, relax on your mat, and be present before class. Students will not be able to enter class after the class start time. We set this rule for respect and safety of the teacher and students. Signing up online ahead of time will save you time when you arrive.
